Located in Burlington, Iowa, Caulley’s Shamrock is your local watering hole for cold drinks, good food, questionable decisions, and stories that somehow get funnier every time they’re told.

‍Established in 2024, we’re proof that you don’t need fancy chandeliers, overpriced cocktails, or a dress code to have a damn good time. Give us a cold beer, a good crowd, some music, and a little friendly chaos, and we’re right where we belong.

‍We’re the kind of place where strangers become regulars, regulars become family, and somebody always knows somebody who knows your cousin’s ex. Around here, nobody cares what you do for a living, what you drive, or whether you showed up looking like a million bucks or like you lost a fight with your laundry basket. Pull up a stool. You’re welcome either way.

There’s always something going on at the Shamrock, whether it’s darts, karaoke, trivia, live music, special events, good eats, or just a good old-fashioned night of sitting around solving the world’s problems one drink at a time. We bring people together, keep the good times rolling, and occasionally give you a reason to apologize to your liver the next morning.

We’re a little rowdy, a little rough around the edges, and proudly small-town. We believe in cold drinks, big laughs, supporting our community, and treating people like people. We don’t promise you’ll leave with your dignity completely intact, but we do promise you’ll be welcomed like one of our own.
